Six retail tenants have combined to lease more than 13,000 square feet in Jersey City and Hoboken, under a series of newly completed transactions by Grid Real Estate.
“Downtown Jersey City and Hoboken still remain a hot spot for retailers looking to expand into the Hudson County market,” Bobby Antonicello said. “We are seeing a mix of Jersey City retailers inking secondary locations and retailers from all over the state actively pursuing sites in the downtown Jersey City and Hoboken market.
