Her expertise includes market analysis, property acquisition, lease negotiations, project management, and client advisory roles. Prior to joining GRID, Gina served as CBRE’s Client Service Supervisor for Northeast NJ, overseeing client services teams in Saddle Brook, East Brunswick, and Florham Park, NJ. She developed and implemented marketing training programs and coordinated project deliverables with industrial, office, and retail broker teams. She also prepared RFP responses, competitive matrices, and marketing materials such as pitch decks and presentations, managing timelines and client deliverables throughout the process.
As the founder and Principal of Artwork For Buildings, Gina has demonstrated her exceptional capabilities in design and project management. She curated and created artwork for Barclays’ Class A buildings, including 30 floors of their Seventh Avenue office in NYC, and for international projects.
